Our school priorities for the academic year are strategically focused to enable our school to develop and improve in line with our vision and values:
| Ladybridge Rich | We want young people to leave our school with more than just qualifications. We want them to have experiences that develop a valuable set of skills and qualities that lead to a good life. This is the mission of the school and ensure learners leave us “Ladybridge Rich”. | ||||
| Relationships & Behaviour | Strengthening relationships across the school and managing behaviour collaboratively and effectively will always be a priority. This year there will be a focus on the consistency of approaches across departments. | ||||
| Everyday Trivium | Alongside the Trivium projects we must ensure that the everyday quality of teaching and learning is of the highest standard, this ensures that we are developing the knowledge and skills that helps our learners thrive. | ||||
| Codify Leadership | Leadership programmes over recent years have helped to improve leadership at Ladybridge. To build on this work we have now codified what we expect from all leaders at Ladybridge. | ||||
| Quality & Consistency | We must always aim for the highest quality in all that we do, this includes academic achievement. Many of the priorities above relate to the quality and consistency of our approaches. We must balance the need for consistency with an appropriate degree of staff autonomy. |
