Leaders at Ladybridge must:
- Have a moral purpose and treat people as they wish to be treated
- Have a vision for the future and an ability to enact a plan to make change happen.
- Focus on the long term, not just the immediate issues.
- Find creative solutions to problems, with an awareness of progressive ideas on relationships and pedagogy.
- Have the self-awareness to notice when our key strengths become overdone.
- Be able to create great teams and bring out the best in others through challenge and support.
- Be optimistic about the future, whilst being realistic about the challenges ahead.
- Know and understand that we are part of one team and seek to collaborate with others.
- Acknowledge and learn from their mistakes and show curiosity and empathy to others.
- Set the right example for others in all that they do.
