Welcome to the START Network Team. Our aim is to support our Ladybridge learners to enable them to develop the fundamental skills that are required in today’s society. Our support and guidance aims to enable learners to have an enjoyable and meaningful learning experience whilst developing their independence, confidence and self-esteem. We are strongly focused on supporting our learners to achieve their challenging targets.
The team is committed to providing a wide ranging opportunities for all our young people. Learners with Communication & Interaction difficulties, Cognition & Learning difficulties, Social, Emotional & Mental Health difficulties and Sensory & Physical difficulties will require additional support at times in their schooling. The school aims to track these learners’ progress as effectively as possible in order to ensure that any necessary intervention is swift and addresses specific needs. Individual difficulties brought to our attention by parents, learners and teachers will be dealt with in a supportive and effective manner.
