This week the History department welcomed Dr Bill Smith from Great War Workshops to deliver bespoke KS3/KS4 artefact handling sessions with local stories from the people of Bolton.
Learners were able to experience an enhanced museum setting in which they could handle and pick up all of the artefacts and try on uniforms in addition to learning more about battlefield medicine techniques.
