It is with immense pride that i write to you as Head Teacher . We are a happy and thriving learning community with a passion for excellence.

We share a special partnership with Rivington and Blackrod High School, forming a powerful learnig axis in the West of Bolton. We also occupy a unique place in the community, working as a team with a wide range of partners so that our young people can experience the best possible learning and enrichment opportunities.

Our expectations are high because we care about our students. We believe that every young person is special, with unique talents, skills and qualities that should be recognised and nurtured.

Our core purpose is to ensure that students of all abilities and backgrounds fly high. We aim to create successful learners, confident induviduals and responsible young citizens. We have built a strong and innovative academic and pastoral curriculum because we believe that by inspiring, challenging and guiding our students they can achieve outstanding personal, social and academic success.
