School Uniform
The Ladybridge High School uniform is as follows
- Black Blazer with badge (Year 7 to Year 10).
- Black Sweat Shirt or Jumper with badge (Year 11 only).
- Black Trousers/Skirts – for girls’ trousers should be formal,no hipsters or lycra material.
- White Shirt/Blouse – both formal and able to be tucked in.
- School Tie KS3 ( Lower School)/KS4 ( Upper School). The new school house tie will be compulsory for Year 7 & Year 10 students from September 2007.
- Black Jumper with badge (optional).
- Plain black shoes – girls must wear a full shoe, i.e. no boots or sandals, or slip on flip flop style. Trainers are not allowed unless worn during a PE Lesson.
- Tights black/plain. Socks black or white/plain.
- Scrunchies/headwear must be dark in colour; there should be no flowers/spangle/glitter.
- Headscarves (if worn) must be black
- Extreme haircuts and eyebrow shavings are not permitted.
- Make-up is not acceptable.
- The school upholds a no jewellery policy (apart from a watch). If you are going to permit your child to have a piercing it would be better to have this done at the beginning of the summer break, in order to allow a full 6 weeks for healing. We expect students to remove their piercings whilst at school or remain at home. For health and safety reasons this is not a flexible rule.

- Badged Red Sweat Shirt
- Badged Red Polo Shirt
- Badged Black Track Pants
- Badged Black PE Skirt
- Badged Black Football Shorts
- Badged Black Sports Socks
- One piece swimming costume - predominately black & a red swimming cap
Boys PE Kit
- Badged Reversible Rugby Shirt
- Badged White Polo Shirt
- Badged Black Football Shorts
- Badged Black Sports Socks
- Swimming shorts or trunks - predominately black & a red swimming cap if hair length is past eyebrows
