We are seeking to appoint a casual minibus driver to provide a high quality driving service for young people, staff, the school and the wider community.  The main responsibilities of the role will be to prepare and drive the school minibuses to safely transport children and staff during school time and after school activities.  You will also carry out vehicle checks, ensuring the mini buses are clean and roadworthy before and after use.

We are looking for an exceptional colleague with:

* A current full driving licence with a category D1 or PCV licence and a minimum of two years driving experience
* A maximum of 3 endorsement points and no major endorsements
* An ability to relate well to adults and young people at all levels
* A flexible approach to working hours as there may on occasion be a requirement to also work during school holidays, evenings and weekends.

We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated, enthusiastic and proactive PA with strong administrative and communication skills along with the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.

The core purpose of the role will be to provide high level of organisational and personal support to the Headteacher and to act as Clerk to Governors. The role will also involve providing admin and clerical support to the Senior Leadership Team and across the school.

We are looking for an exceptional colleague with:

* Excellent literacy and numeracy skills
* An attention to detail
* Advanced word processing and minute taking skills
* The ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion at all times
* A clear understanding of school procedures and codes of practice
* A knowledge of Governing Board procedures
* An in depth knowledge of ICT packages including Word, Excel Outlook and SIMS
* Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence
* Highly effective organisational skills and experience of working to deadlines
* The ability to communicate well with people of all levels

The successful candidate will also be responsible for communicating the work set by teachers to the students and for the supervision of classes during the short-term absence of the teacher.
