The Year Councils and School Council at Ladybridge High School are representative groups of students, elected by their peers, to represent their views and raise issues with the Senior Leaders and Governors of the school.
Through our student councils, we help children and young people to:
• enjoy and feel empowered by their education;
• feel that their school responds to their needs;
• have the opportunity to let adults know their feelings and opinions about things that affect them;
• have a say about decisions and to play an active role in making their school a better place;
• develop active life skills through participating.

The Year 10 Year Council has now been elected with the following students as officers
Megan (10LMN) Chairperson
Amish (10RHY) Deputy Chairperson
Amber (10RHY) Secretary
Fatima (10ABT) Deputy Secretary
