We are delighted to be included in Boltons first phase of schools to be part of the governments exciting Building Schools for the Future programme (BSF).

BSF is the governments biggest every secondary school investment programme it will give us a once in a lifetime opportunity to remodel Ladybridge in a way that will transform education for all of our young people.

Today Bolton council have confirmed that Balfour Beatty Education (BBE) has been selected to deliver Bolton's Building Schools for the Future (BSF) programme, after an intense 12 month procurement and evaluation process involving some of the UK's leading construction companies.

Balfour Beatty Education and Bolton Council will form a Local Education Partnership (LEP) to ensure this investment meets the needs of all of Ladybridge learners and stakeholders. We have been working closely with the Local Authority since the beginning of the year to ensure we take full opportunity of this investment and ensure all our children leave Ladybridge with the skills for life they require to flourish in the 21st Century.

As part of the process we have begun to consult with our many partners and stakeholders including pupils, staff, governors, parents, partner agencies, community users, prospective parents and neighbours. We are keen to gather viewpoints from all stakeholders through a variety of means and will use this page as one method of communicating progress.

In the mean time if you have any questions, concerns or opinions please contact me at school or by email astleys@ladybridgehigh.co.uk
